The UT Math Honors Program is a nationally competitive program for highly motivated and mathematically gifted undergraduate students at UT. The courses offered by the Math Honors Program can also be used towards the requirements of the Chancellor’s Honors Program.
Math Honors students are advised each semester by a faculty mentor, and during their last year each student will have a thesis advisor. Through their classes and seminars, the Math Honors students develop close working relationships with other math majors and with math faculty.
