Interested in joining our lab as a postdoc? The mathematics department is hiring two departmental postdocs! You can apply at Interfolio. Please send an email to Christopher Strickland so that we know you have applied and can evaluate your application. We are looking for applicants with particularly strong coding skills in Python and an interest in collective behavior, scientific computing, parameter estimation, sensitivity analysis, and training surrogate models on synthetic data.

Interested in joining our lab as a graduate student? Then you want to apply to the Mathematical Biology Concentration within the Mathematics PhD program! As is typical for mathematics research groups based in the USA, we consider students who have been in the program for 1-2 years and have completed the necessary background coursework and preliminary exams for the PhD. We cannot consider individuals outside of our PhD program as potential students in our lab.

For more information about the mathematical biology concentration, our graduate programs, funding opportunities, and our application process, please email Pam Armentrout. If you are ready to apply, you may do so through the Office of Graduate Admissions. Many students who join our lab are eventually funded on either partial or full graduate research assistantships (GRAs) as well!
